Bishop Maekawa is delighted to be invited to events held in the diocese. 

To request his presence, simply click HERE to fill out the Invitation Form. If Bishop Maekawa has accepted an invitation to celebrate Mass, the event organizer should also fill out the Liturgy Planning Form and return it to Katrina Francesco no less than two weeks prior to the Mass. 

Bishop Maekawa's schedule is booked months in advance due to his bush travels and other commitments, so event organizers are asked to complete the form at least three months in advance. If he is scheduled to attend and must cancel due to travel, weather, or other schedule conflicts, the event organizer will be contacted as soon as possible.

Because such inquiries should receive proper and timely consideration, please instead direct them to your local parish priest or a spiritual director.
